2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Museum Release)

We’ve pulled a wine from the cellar. This was a superb vintage in Margaret River, so we decided to hold back some stock. With a little bit of ageing, the tannins begin to settle and integrate into the palate making the wine more elegant and softer on the palate. Subtle cassis, blackberry and black olive characters are evident and work seamlessly with the hints of leather, typical of a maturing wine.
