Produced from our Wilyabrup vineyard. Whole berry pressing followed native yeast fermentation in a combination of new and old French oak. A minimal intervention wine, that expresses the power of fruit from the Gin Gin clone Chardonnay, while complexity and structure are enhanced by traditional winemaking.
