Pinot noir was then blended back to the base, to give lovely strawberry and cherry lift to the
sweet savoury undertones. This wine is designed for tapas, and charcuterie. It would also be a
smash at any summer bbq. Out of the box thinking, and a spin on the traditional Pet Nat style.
